Transmedia storytelling (also known as transmedia narrative or multiplatform-storytelling) is the technique of telling a single story or story experience across multiple platforms and formats using current digital technologies.
I haven’t really decided on what story I will be telling yet, but I have decided how I’m going to tell it.
I figured it’d be easier to find a way to combine elements in this transmedia storytelling, rather than having multiple components I’m working on at the same time. With blending them together, I feel I’ll be able to focus more on the final product.
I will be creating an Adventure!

Adventr is the simple platform for creating and sharing interactive, web-native video experiences.
They have great examples of how people have used their platform to tell their own stories.

If you’d like to try an interactive video, you can try this Spider-Man trailer at the bottom of the page.
I’m going to take this morning to brainstorm ideas so I can make a list of videos I’ll need to make.
Today I’ll map out the adventure and start filming until tomorrow morning.
Tomorrow I’ll be looking for soundtrack audio and I’ll start piecing things together so that Thursday I can focus on details and finishing it up.
